Who you are hiring

Envision Media 360 is an independent, one-person business based in Winter Garden, Florida. I perform the work myself. I will not subcontract your project or give a contractor access to your systems without telling you and obtaining your approval first.

Scope, price, and approval

Before paid work begins, you will receive the scope, price, assumptions, and material exclusions in writing. I will not add work or increase the agreed price without your approval. Work outside the agreed scope requires a new written estimate or change.

Prices shown on this website are in U.S. dollars. Estimates and general price ranges are not fixed quotes. Payment timing, deliverables, and any project-specific refund terms will be stated in the written scope or invoice.

Your responsibilities

You confirm that you are authorized to request work on the websites, accounts, and systems you provide. You are responsible for supplying accurate information, responding to needed approvals, maintaining lawful rights to your content, and keeping independent backups unless the written scope expressly assigns backup responsibility to me.

Cancellation and ongoing services

You may stop a project or ongoing service at any time, for any reason, by emailing me. There is no cancellation fee. You remain responsible only for work already completed, approved non-refundable expenses, and amounts already due under the written scope.

Month-to-month monitoring may be cancelled at any time and will end at the close of the current paid billing period. There is no notice period and no charge for a later period. I may also end an engagement on written notice and will provide completed work for which you have paid.

Inspections and the free pre-check

A website inspection is a point-in-time review based on the access and conditions available during the review. The free pre-check reads public signals from one page and is informational only. Neither service can guarantee that every defect, vulnerability, compromise, ranking issue, or future failure will be found.

Do not use the free checker to probe a site you are not authorized to assess. You may not misuse, overload, reverse engineer, or attempt to bypass limits on this website or its tools.

Results and third-party services

I will perform agreed work with reasonable professional care, but I cannot guarantee search rankings, traffic, sales, uninterrupted availability, or the future behavior of software, hosts, search engines, platforms, plugins, or other third parties. Their terms, systems, and decisions remain outside my control.

Ownership

After full payment, you own the project-specific deliverables identified in the written scope. I retain ownership of pre-existing tools, reusable code, methods, know-how, and materials not created uniquely for your project. Your confidential information and account credentials remain yours and will not be used for unrelated purposes.

The content, design, and code of this website may not be copied or republished except as allowed by law. Product and company names belonging to others remain their owners' property.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable to the other for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, including lost profit or lost business. My total liability arising from a paid service will not exceed the amount you paid for the service that gave rise to the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Governing law and changes

Florida law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved directly will be handled by the state or federal courts serving Orange County, Florida. If one provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.

I may update these website terms prospectively by changing this page and its effective date. A change will not rewrite an already accepted project scope unless we both agree in writing.
